Kate and Drew’s engagement shoot

Kate, Drew, myself and my assistant, Lily, all met at Avoncroft for their engagement shoot recently.  We had a lovely time exploring the museum and taking some portraits in front of the beautiful scenery, interesting textures and rather interestingly - the building that was taken down in order to build Kate and Drew’s house! You can see the building, which was later rebuilt at Avoncroft, in a couple of the photos in this set. 

We used off camera flash to light some of the photos (thank you to Lily for preventing it from falling over in the wind!), and some were lit using natural light. 

They are a fantastic couple, who both have a great sense of humour and caring personalities and I can’t wait to photograph their wedding later this week.
